I use two different Minwax latex-compatible stains - Express Color, and Wood Sheen
They both say "water based" prominently at the top of the front label and "water clean-up" on the back directions, which is how I know they're compatible with Latex paint. I use these interchangeably depending on what color I want, and I am sure other manufacturers make similar products.
