E-Slot a smooth plywood floor

So we'll make a slot from the ceiling side of the floor (the bottom) 907TopFloor04L.png

An X-Acto razor saw takes the thinnest kerf 907TopFloor05L.png

A second cut 3/4" from the first 907TopFloor07L.png

A fine chisel or knife to split out the plug 907TopFloor08L.png

Half way down the thickness of the plywood 907TopFloor09L.png

Take off a little from the center for the thickness of the tapewire 907TopFloor12L.png

Now the tapewire won't be on top of the floor 907TopFloor14L.png

... but for now I will tape the plug in so I won't lose it 907TopFloor15L.png
