Window Assembly

01. Paint, sand, and paint again the window frames.. do not get paint on the ends ../../RGT_Website_assets/ajax-loader.gif

02. One window frame set, a #19 or #32 rubber band 02D.png

03. Take the protective cover off the window pane 03D.png

04. glue 04D.png

05. Face down 05D.png

06. Assemble the Frames around the pane 06D.png

07. Start the pane in the groove 07D.png

08. .. then slide the frame into position 08D.png

09. Putting on the rubberband is easier if the frame is on cardboard 09D.png

10. push down on the frame (don't squeeze) 10D.png

11. Switch hands without letting go 11D.png

12. Clean up excess glue 12D.png

13. Adjust the corners to be level with each other 13D.png

15. When the glue is dry, touch up the paint - stay away from the pane! 15D.png
